From bushland and farmland to wetlands and backyards, Peel-Harvey is full of unique places and species worth protecting. This community photo competition invites locals to celebrate the region’s rich biodiversity and shine a light on the effort to keep it safe from invasive species and other biosecurity threats.
We’re calling on photographers of all ages and skill levels to show us what 'protecting Peel-Harvey' means to you.
What does it look like to care for 'your' special bit of Peel-Harvey? That's what you need to think about for this year's theme.
We’re looking for photographs that highlight the native species, landscapes, and local actions that help protect our environment from threats like invasive pests and weeds.
Whether it's a carefully framed nature shot or a spontaneous moment, we want to see how you connect with — and protect — your part of Peel-Harvey.
